Saturday appointments are available at least once monthly.
Parking:
Parking is available in our building, 737 N. Michigan Avenue. The parking entrance is on Chicago Avenue just off of Michigan Avenue. Validated parking is available. Please call our office for rates.
Appointment cancellation
Appointments not cancelled within a 24 hour notice will require a $75.00 cancellation fee. If you need to cancel an appointment after hours please call our office at 312.440.3810 and leave a voice message.
